You didn't need VIP to get into that bar. I don't think many people knew that though because it was always empty.


No shit huh... well they sure make it seem like it's VIP only because of the "superticket" sign to the right of the entrance, which was apparently just for backstage access. I'll keep that in mind for next year. Still considering VIP if the lineup is good enough. I would have done it this year if I had enough money.

Haha I know exactly what you're talking about. The VIP entrance and the bar entrance were right next to each other and were only separated by a small chain link fence. I was pretty hesitant to try and go in myself, but someone else in my group had already gone in earlier. It was pretty incredible!

Weenie gave us amazing light shows. But some girl actually came up to HG and gave him a light show during Feed Me. It was really weird.

Oh man I'm so jealous! I want to know what a real light show is like. Some girl was spinning LED poi in front of us during Beck and it was pretty damn cool.

Some girl came barreling through the crowd, walked RIGHT up to me, looked me directly in the eyes and 'gave' me a light show. I am almost entirely certain that it was someone who knew who I was, but I have no idea who she was. My best guess is that it was that girl who I banned for trying to scalp Permier wristbands right before the fest. I definitely felt like that light show was meant for me.

And you know what, as high as I was just then (very), I was still nothing but annoyed by it.

My girlfriend found some fire spinners in the campgrounds Monday night and spun for a bit, while I wore these prism sunglasses someone gave me inside the fest. That combined with the cocktail my brain was on made for quite the visual experience.

I found a couple pairs of those refractive glasses inside one of the Honey Buckets during Pretty Lights. I went in there and I was like, God damn did I pick the right Honey Bucket or what?
