Nah. I'm talking about the first day when you were galaxy surfing. Our junk punching marathon was between James Murphy and Feed Me haha.

This is me reminding myself to add to this later. In short, fuck you Coachella.

Coachella 2011 blew Sasquatch 2011 out of the water, but I'm in complete agreement here. Sasquatch 2012 was different, and better than Coachella 2012 in nearly every way.

Exactly. Coachella 2011 was the most perfect first impression, and 2012 didn't follow it up nearly as well. I'm getting a kick out of some of the people on the Coachella boards trashing Sasquatch. I'm starting to get a bad taste in my mouth for that festival and it's attendees.

I think Live Nation stepped it up in a big way. It was relatively organized, the sound and lights were good everywhere, everything was on time, security weren't douches (except once that I saw), and everything seemed completely better in every way. Except the Maine Stage, which was useless and served only to piss off all the comedians. I watched three comedians and they all complained about the noise from the Maine Stage. I say scrap it.

I have a pretty gnarly cold as well that started sometime on Saturday... my nose was running most of Sunday and Monday and I sneezed probably 50 times a day. I'm thinking it was allergies. That and my eyes were burning and watering for part of the weekend again like they have all five years I've been in attendance. Maybe if I'm able to make it a sixth year straight in 2013 I'll actually remember to pack eye drops.
