My favorite sasquatch moment (even though I wasn't there) was getting a text from Souly at 3am yesterday that read like follows:

Awesome. Made me feel good even though I couldn't join you guys and gals this year.

Feed Me needed some Glow Hat in the worst way. Missed ya dude!

Both Fox and J-Dawg were two of the most crucial missing links from the Feed Me board party. That will forever be one of my favorite memories.

You guys saw how shitty I was, but I still loved it. Lahey, you are such a badass dude. I wish I could have seen your cooler! All of you guys, god damn. I said it at the fest and I'll always feel this way; meeting all of you seriously took squatch to a new level for me.

By the time I got into the grounds late Friday I was still not sure who I'd be more impressed with, Dr. Garbanzo or Sasquatch?

You are awesome, dude!

I could not believe how many people were there. After 3 of us were at Yellow Ostrich I didn't expect more than 6 there. I told my friends we would go, throw the remaining glowsticks I had, I would geek out with internet friends for 15 minutes and we would leave (The girlfriend and my 2 remaining friends were all danced out from James Murphy).

Little did I know I would be basically overwhelmed with how many people that were there and my brain could hardly process it. I think I met almost everyone that night, but I'm sorry if I missed anyone. I had to keep my word to the friends that we would leave soon. It was great meeting you all. I loved how happy Pea was, that made it.

I was in the same depleted state as Dr. Garbanzo was, but I still got a poop from seeing you enjoying the shit outta some Feed Me!

I almost met Daver. When he showed up to the campsite I was hanging out at, the Sasquatch gods told me, "turn back while you still can, you're doomed, doomed, doooooomed." I'm guessing they also told Daver, "this is not the wonk you're looking for."

This was shortly after KY made me slap the bag. I still don't know what that means, but one of the highlights of the festival was seeing KY at Tenacious D. I asked another boarder earlier in the day, "is she going to make it to Beck?" They replied, "Oh yeah, she knows how to rally." Atta girl.

It's probably for the best. It's a lot harder to be a sarcastic asshole to someone you've met in real life, but I expect you all to do your best.

I met Drew at Sasquatch last year. Some people have a sense of humor.

I was torn between saying "of course drew has a sense of humor, he's like 7 feet tall and has room for everything" and "I don't have a sense of humor because I'm Canadian, we have senses of humour".

In the end neither were very clever so this is pretty much a meaningless post.

Really? When I met her, her eyes were telling me, "please let go of my hand and kindly walk away." I get that a lot though.
