My main festival, Strawberry, is located at 4000' near Yosemite and rain is Always a possibility. So, I Always prepare for it and, karmicly, the more prep the less likely the rain seem to be. The key, obvious I guess, is tarps, tarps, tarps, tarps,tarps, and more tarps, and plenty of rope and stakes. As a plus, the wind is generally lighter when it rains.

Maybe we'll get lucky and it'll be similar to 2008's weather. There was a rain shower like clockwork after every headliner finished up. It was perfect after being in the pit all day.
