I got a wicked head cold after sasquatch this year. I suspect it's related to no sleep, poor nutrition and sharing drinks and germs and personal space with so many other sasquatchers. Although I've behaved the same way every year and this is the first time I've gotten sick, so maybe it's related to being a year older, and next year will be worse.

Yep I've been sick since Sunday. Soap running out at 4pm didn't help with not getting sick.

I have had a post Sasquatch rasp in my voice since I got back. And my nose is running like crazy. I am just happy I was able to survive the beating I gave my body.

i've been all jacked up since day two of sasquatch. my sinuses are mostly congested except for the 45 minutes of non-stop runny nose action i get every 7 hours. my voice is hoarse, my face is peeling and i'm getting occasional headaches... but hey, at least my ears finally popped from the airplane ride i took two days ago!

I generally seem to be a little sick after sasquatch, but its more of an emotional hangover than physical ailment. Seem to get rather depressed having to come back to reality after 4 days of bliss. :(

(For the record, this has nothing to do with Molly or any other mind-alterers - I've never partook)

It's probably a combination of lack of sleep, unsanitary eating/bathroom conditions, climate, and diet.
Drug use probably doesn't have a whole lot to do with it, unless you've been up doing amphetamines for days, or have dehydrated yourself from alcohol. I got plenty of sleep, ate only spirulina/rawfood/bumble bars & fresh fruit and washed my hands more than I was supposed to and I feel fine!

I came back to Portland a filthy wild man. I'm pretty sure I wound up with human feces on my hands at one point and I still wound up feeling better post-Squatch than I ever have. I got more drunk on Sunday morning in the hot sun than I usually do at a party on Friday night after a LONG ass night of drugs and dancing and I never felt dehydrated. Guess I lucked out.

You probably ate well too. Immune systems have a whole lot to do with that, as well. I'm pretty sure everything everyone owned was covered in fecal bacteria, seeing as how those honey buckets had little signs in them that said that they were supposed to be used by no more than 10 people over a 40 hour workweek or "unsanitary conditions" would result.
