Flash mobs can be frightening, I think . One time I was at school waiting in line for coffee, and every one in front and behind me as well as about 50 other people in the room started a fucking choreographed dance to "Everybody Dance Now" by C&C Music Factory, that was similar to the MJ "Thriller" dance . For about 45 seconds as this was occurring I literally thought I had finally lost my grip on reality, and that this was just an hallucination. It didn't help that after this 45 seconds, everything stopped and they just went about their business, with absolutely no explanation. Nobody else who wasn't dancing seemed to be at all phased by this. To this day I can neither confirm nor deny whether this actually occurred. That's my story.

Flash mobs are pretty much the pinnacle of a generation obsessed with The Postal Service, quirky Natalie Portman characters, and Apple commercials. Poor Rust.
