I'm taking the oposite approach. You need to prep your body by going on a bender every weekend so your body knows what to expect come the 24th. Pea has the right idea.

Same, this month is gonna be a marathon. Cinco De Mayo craziness this weekend, GhostNectar mind-bending next weekend, then I am running a 12k back home, then it's Sasquatch! My poor body.
