So, heres my costume plans.
Friday: Kurt Cobain. Nothing tastless with a shotgun wound, but people always say I look like kurt cobain (a guy even took a picture with me last year saying I was kurt cobain) so I have some ripped jeans, a nirvana shirt and a flannel button up shirt
Saturday: Cop uniform. It was a halloween costume with an ex girlfriend (she was a convict), I'm just gunna be the fun police and run around making sure everyone is having sufficent amounts of fun.
Sunday: Skin tight cycling jacket. A few people in my group got them at some sale, they are colourful and have 4 pocket around the back for beers...err... waterbottles.

So are costumes actually becoming more and more common at Sasquatch, or is it a sampling bias from board people? It seems like my first year 2 years ago I saw barely anyone in costumes, but *many* more last year.

I think certain people *cough* hipsters! *cough* like costumes more than others, or perhaps people just saw other people in costumes and liked the idea, thus the idea spreads.
Wait, did I just call myself a hipster?
Which begs another huge question, how come I have never come across any discussions about hipsters on this board? Not that they dont exist, I just havent seen them. My friends and I noticed a huge increase in the hipster population last year from 2009 and bonded with our neighbours about being so glad the other party wasnt full of hipster douchbags.
Or do we just not talk about hipsters since that makes us hipsters?

I have a hat that looks like a mouse. I wore it last year and I suppose I'll wear it this year. Does that count.
