However, I wouldn't suggest actually blocking people. I think you would end up missing part of the conversation if someone is blocked, and you risk re-typing the exact point they just made and looking like an idiot.

You never know, the newb you are considering blocking might be a comedian in real life and the most entertaining member of the board once they get passed the rookie hazing. They might also have single attractive sisters who like soccer and Deadmau5.

There was no response to my suggestion that blocking people was that easy. I also recommended to another boarder via PM they can just block a certain member. Had anyone told me clicking on that members bio, and clicking "block" wasn't an option, I would've looked further into it. Apparently someone told Weak Shit Superfan my suggestion didn't work. I don't read minds IRL.

Either way, nice work Weak Shit Superfan. I didn't realize blocking members wasn't allowed until I read this thread.
