You and Pea should have a lot in common. He's half Canadian as well.

Hey guys, I lurked here last year in hopes that I'd make it out for the fest. That fell through but it appears all systems are go for this year! Thought I should introduce myself.

Name: Max
What my user name represents/means: It’s from the Dan Deacon song Red F, “Ten bees all gold they turn to stone…”
From: Atlanta, Ga
Favorite Bands: In no particular order… Broken Social Scene, LCD Soundsystem, Talking Heads, Dan Deacon, Outkast, Daft Punk, Lemon Jelly, Blind Melon, My Morning Jacket, Man Man
My All-Time Favorite Artist:
First Concert Attended: The Rolling Stones with Third Eye Blind when I was 10. Mom kind of threw me into the deep end and hoped I’d come up swimming with that one.
Last Concert Attended: Flying Lotus
All time Favourite Concert: There’s too many to count but Umphrey’s McGee 10/29/2011 is pretty memorable. Dan Deacon Sept 2012 was great too. My favorite experience at a concert
All time Favourite Festival: Bonnaroo 2009
Sasquatches Attended: An attendance is imminent
Sasquatch Wishlist: Japandroids, Father John Misty, Yo La Tengo, Grimes, Sigur Ros, Flying Lotus, Big Boi, Kishi Bashi, Man Man, Local Natives, the list goes on and on and on…

Hell yea! F.I.L.A dude.

That's actually quite reassuring to hear actually. I've never gotten on a plane for a festival before. I think I have a good plan but still, it's reassuring to see others do it successfully.

If price isn't a concern, Brickstore is perfect because the selection is incredible and I live like 3 miles away.

Lately I've been going with Joystick > Church > Soundtable or something similar. Diesel for watching Auburn football games.

Edit: What about you?

Nice.

The Local, Augustine's and Twains (when they've got the Gingerbread Ale on tap) have pretty much been our Cheers lately.

NIce! I love The Local. Edgewood area usually wins out though because it's convenient to Marta. And shuffleboard at Twain's awesome. Not familiar with Augustine's though.

To think... we might have spoken in real life already... crazy.
