Yeah, I totally didn't Dr. Garbanzoure out the whole "modify profile for DST" thing until maybe a month ago. At least now I know how to switch back.

what about a point system?
we occasionally give each other +1's and A+'s anyway
is there any way we can give each other 'Sasquatch Points' and keep track of em on the profile?
I've seen 'em used on a few other message boards.

an example would be...

Joined: blah blah
Gender: male
Posts: 10000
Points: 25

thoughts? if this is something that's been kicked around but was ultimately nixed, no worries. just thought i'd raise the suggestion.

I checked my inforoo account after making like 3 posts, and I had -4. I then removed that option. I don't want it here! I think it'd just be a popularity contest, and I don't like losing. :P

The board was originally set up this way, but it was disabled by request from veteran music boarder avocadolady. I agree with Souly, it would turn into a popularity contest, and would potentially have more adverse effects on the people not getting the points than positives effects on the boarders getting them. Plus, I8 would have 13,843 points after the first day.

More to the point, though -- I have a hard enough time keeping up with all the threads as it is. Trying to coordinate an ongoing point system with Know and Empty would be a logistical nightmare.

I have a suggestion for the board.

It would be helpful to have a marker on each thread that you have posted in which, when clicked, takes you directly to your most recent post. Floating bookmarks if you will. It makes it much easier to track.

Also, the thread titles always remain white even after you have visited it.
