I also wonder if they plan on shrinking the day parking section and expanding the general camping in anticipation of more people utilizing the all-inclusive package. It could really go either way. This will definitely be a guinea pig year in that reapect.

I think I've told this story before, but last year my driver backed into a spot about ten feet too far away from the next car. The traffic control made him pull out, and re-park closer. He backed into the same original spot. They again asked him to re-park. He again pulled into the same spot, while we both gave them confused looks, They looked at us like we were mentally challenged, and eventually gave up.

We knew what we were doing. It was pre-planned. Two minutes worth of awkwardness was worth the extra space for three days.

I did almost the exact same thing. They only made me move once, and I moved about a foot. Then they gave up. We set our tents up FAST to claim all the space possible. The next morning we woke up and we have a glade of space and the people across from us looked like a refugee tent city, jam-packed.

By the time the employees have wasted 5 minutes trying to make you move they turn around to see 40 more cars have driven in. It's just not worth their time, so it's fun to use it to your advantage.

I looked at tents today, and I found a really huge one, not sure if I'll get it though, but I like that you don't have to crawl into it, you can just walk right in.

Souly, I don't know how many people you're planning on camping with or how tall you are, but I just got the Eureka Sunrise 9. Its 6 feet tall and 9x9. Pretty close to perfect. And pretty reasonably priced when compared to REI tent markups.

I have a 3 person tent that works perfectly for my queen size blow up mattress and for storing most of my things in.

I'm like 5 7, and I like the sound of that one Catherine. I may camp with other people, but a tent to myself is a must. The one I looked at was a 3 person I think. I'm going to have to consult more with you guys when I actually start buying these things.

And Drew, I WAS speaking for myself. :P Not my fault you're probably freakishly tall. :D

About a foot taller than you, alas. I basically need my own 2-person tent.
