I guess so! We paid extra for premiere camping last year and I only ended up taking the trip to the freezing cold showers once. So much for convenience!
It was nice, though, because the trip into the festival wasn't a very long walk and we had pretty clean honeybuckets.
Got premiere again this year. Guess I'll just have to wander into reg. camping to hang with the greasy crazies when the snooty campers are sleeping. I'll follow my ear to the blaring boombox.

V.I.P. camping is the same as regular camping except it costs more and it's on the other side of a fence. You got chumped, twice.

I dunno, somehow the grass seemed thicker over there when I walked right past the security guy without showing a VIP wristband and proceeded to use their honeybuckets before making a ruckus with some friends, and promptly heading back to the real camping.

"Fail" is paying an additional buttwad of cash to LiveNation for the privilege of sleeping in a 'nicer' cow pasture.

Agreed. And as if Live Nation doesn't make enough dough on their merch and outlandishly priced booze, right?
If there was one thing I could complain about when it comes to Sasquatch, it would be that Live Nation runs the joint.

What I like about premiere camping is that it's an infinitely quicker walk back to the campground and have oodles of more room to set up shop.

yeah the only reason I'd pay for premiere is for the proximity to the venue. And isn't there like a shuttle bus or something too? or is that purely for VIP?

There's a shuttle... I didnt use it until the final night of the festival, however... The first two days I felt the need to walk off the PBR

Question: who gets in to the festival first, when the gates open? Is it people who've bought VIP camping, or VIP parking?

There's a V.I.P. entrance, which is a clusterfuck just like the regular entrance. Seriously, if you pay for V.I.P. ANYTHING at Sasquatch then you got suckered.

(VIP is not the same as premiere for those who are wondering)

But who gets to use that VIP entrance? Campers? Parkers? Premiere?

VIP Parkers, premiere campers, VIP's... all of the above...
From what I've read, also anyone else who stands in that line.
