what Im wondering about is food let inside the concert venue, I know it says clear bags and whatever, but if its factory sealed like a bag of chips or something will they not let you bring it in unless its repackaged into a clear bag? Anyone know how strict they are on cameras? I know it kinda says regular point and shoots are aloud, but it no professional equipment, what if I had a retractable tripod, has anyone thats been seen someone inside with one? It breaks down small enough to fit in my pocket pretty much but extends to like 4.5ft tall

The food shouldn't be a problem either way. We have brought in things in plastic bags and factory sealed. They are sticklers on drinks though, absolutely cannot be opened or they will make you pour it out. However, you can bring an empty nalgene or something and fill it up during the day. As for cameras, its weird I've seen them say no digital cameras and then no professional cameras. My advice if pictures and getting in early are important (these are both important to me) is to get there early, like when the gates open at 11, put your camera at the bottom f your bag or if you are with a girl under some tampons in her purse (they won't mess with it then) if there is any doubt in your mind that they might not let you in. They probably will not hassle you about it. However, there are people who search through all your stuff and may hassle you. If this happens either give up and put your camera back in your car or get back in line. I think your tripod will be ok if it is small. Really they are more concerned about drugs and alcohol that a camera anyway.

I think that they are mainly concerned about alcohol (they wanna make there money on outrageously priced stuff) weapons, and professional cameras.
I don't really think they care about drugs really unless you make it obvious going through security. Even if they find some weed I would say you have a 50/50 chance of them just letting you through with it, depending on the security guard.
