Fair enough, but what about Ratatat and Bassnectar? It's fine if you didnt have any interest in them, but missing something you might have enjoyed for a shower seems pretty backwards to me.

I hadn't really discovered them until after the festival, much like MMJ the previous year :(

Because you were in the shower during MMJ's set.

Me too, but I sure as hell wouldn't leave early to get a shower. Me being a clean freak only justifies getting up a little earlier, and standing in line for an hour to shower. With a few stages to choose from there is no excuse to leave early. That is the best time to be at the festival.

I agree! I love being in there early, with the first couple of bands playing. The atmosphere is really crazy cool, at that point it's the devoted fans in there at the shows and not just the randoms.

My Sasquatch shower is a bottle of water. XD

You'll never find me in there before 4:00pm unless I have a damn good reason. I'm not a devoted fan of any stupid band that's going to play at 1:00pm on the Wookie stage.

it does make for an awfully long day when you're trying to see a band that starts at noon. Standing in the huge lineup before the gates open is an adventure though.

Yeah it was sure an adventure for my friends that nearly got trampled in the mini Sasquatch riot of '11, and the guy we were camped with that spent three days in jail for inciting that riot.

Whatever, I know for sure that I'm going to take advantage of re-entry this year. I've missed early performances from bands like Midlake and Black Moth Super Rainbow that I wouldn't have missed in a million years if there hadn't been a three hour wasteland between them and whichever band I cared about seeing next.

I made it for Midlake, but I was actually going for something earlier, but I don't remember. The lines are brutal aroud 1pm.

I made it in before that riot and I'm not surprised it happened. I probably waited twice as long as normal that day, and when I got in it was pretty much empty. People in line were getting pissed the entire happy atmosphere of the fest was gone for about 30 minutes. They were picking through everyones bags with a comb, and then the next day they just waved me through.

I took one shower last year. The lineup was retarded but we made friends in it! I nearly perfected the honey bucket shower last year... I Dr. Garbanzoure if I bring a stack of wash cloths, I can wet them and clean myself down pretty good in there.

Unless I can manage to befriend someone with a shower before sasquatch time!

Even imagining it at it's perfection that still sounds gross.

Attention er'body: There are many other places you can give yourself a facsimile shower, the Honeybuckets should not be one of those places.

I was thinking the same thing. Why would you want to subject yourself to that in the morning? It would put a damper on my day.

I don't know, I was pretty pleased with the shower lineup last year, especially the undercard.
