first timer, can't wait!
going to do general camping, had a question in regards to bbq's... will they allow small charcoal grills, or is propane probably the best and only way to go?

No, charcoal bbq's have always been "A ok" in the past. i always bring one. comes in handy at night too you can throw a log in there and have a little fire and if you put the grill over it nobody really bothers you about it.
