Haha hey now. I was giving jolly high-fives to the Timbers fans that came up for the match last week. You guys had a great showing.

It was fun, i was in tow! Cant beat $60 for ticket and bus ride with keg. The weather sucked bad.
You planning on making the trip down in July?
And thanks for being a Sounders fan with some humor, I was hoping you wouldnt take it personal.

Nahh. All of the ECS tickets sold out in a matter of minutes. The fact that it's on a Sunday night kinda sucks too. Hoping to make it up to Vancouver when the Sounders are there in September though!
And yea dude, that rain was unbelievable last weekend...

Bought my flag the other day:
![[image] [image]](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v130/hakarl/newstick.gif) EDIT: Image didn't work. The flag I got has this logo on a blue background.
My favorite logo of my favorite NHL team. I'm trying to get my hands on a White Caps flag to go with it but so far have been unsuccessful.
I'll be using the tried and true bamboo + cable ties method for my flagpole. I bought seven 6" lengths of sturdy bamboo but will likely use some for other applications. The pole will be in the neighborhood of 20" tall and will be attached to one of the legs of our gazebo for support. I might string some solar lights up it, but I haven't decided yet. I'm excited for the erection!

So the flag that I wad getting made is no longer being made. I got in quite the argument with the company that I paid to make it. I paid a 55 dollar deposit and gave him a clear idea of what I wanted. I got the worst thing I've ever seen. I expected that a professional company that employs graphic designers would come up with something better than what I could have done on paint.
Anyways, I'm now making my own flag, and it's going to be awesome.
