Brother, if you've never thrown some green and red Tabasco on eggs...then you haven't lived.

Missoula just recently got a Buffalo Wild Wings, and I still haven't checked it out? Any recommendations?

Flavor-wise? Honestly, I love them all. Haven't had a sauce that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed yet. Although I suppose a few of my absolute favorites would be Jammin’ Jalapeno, Asian Zing, and Parmesan Garlic. Caribbean Jerk and all of the BBQ variations are pretty fantastic as well.

Now I want wings :/

Also, dude. I'm totally going to be in your town from the 22nd to the 24th! I've gotten some great recommendations of places to check out. Can't wait to see what it's all about.

Yeah, I actually live an hour or so away from Missoula, but I spend a lot of time their because all of the shows, shopping, etc are there. It's a pretty cool town. I noticed you were talking about checking out the breweries. Good place to start.

I'll be out of town for all those days. Off to the Gorge, then stay in Spokane the 24th. That is the weekend of Paradiso.

Are you going to be there the 17th? Primus is playing at Big Sky Brewery. The week after they are having shows there too. Nothing too great. Korn 27th and Wilco 28th. I'll probably check them out. I just want check some outdoor summer shows without having to travel too far. They have all their beers fresh on tap at the shows too.

Nah I'll be there from the 29th to the 1st. I almost booked a flight for the 28th so I could go to the Wilco show, but it didn't end up working out.

Speaking of food, this Globe and Mail blurb made me giggle. We're such food snobs in Victoria that our festival's food lineup is almost as hotly anticipated as the music! ::)

"In Victoria this September, the Rifflandia Festival, which is ostensibly built around top bands like The Flaming Lips and Sloan, will also feature a mobile brick pizza oven, a southern barbecue “Pigmobile,” a charcuterie vendor, a Polish delicatessen truck that sells grilled cheese sandwiches stuffed with pierogies and a company that does Central American paletas – frozen, crazy-flavoured fruit pops. The festival is going so far as to announce its food lineup one month ahead of time in a live radio event. “Not only do you know in advance what bands you’re going to see at what time, but you know what food you’re going to be eating,” said Nick Blasko, the festival’s director."

If I decide to go to Rifflandia this year, oh man that's going to be some delicious food!

The only thing I ate at the festival that I actually enjoyed were the caesar wraps.

I did too! I ate almost nothing but that poutine for the whole fest. So good!
