yes, dont buy from stubhub or scalpers for 400-500 dollars, but wait to buy from regular people on craigslist or ebay
for like 300-350.

I agree with this, I don't think that came across in my last post. I think that having all-inclusive tickets will definitely discourage people from showing up to camp w/o tickets in hand. And, as emptyfox said, there were fewer daily tickets printed this year than ever before, which will also discourage this behavior. The point I'm trying to make is this: seeing how efficient/competent the Gorge staff have been in years past I don't see them turning away as many people as they should given the rules.
