Not unsafe??? Seriously??? uhhh... SO UNSAFE! The amount of people that would swarm that thing in seconds would boggle your mind. Then it would pop because some jackass would TOTALLY stab it and then there would be a clustertruck of people squirming around.
It wouldn't last more than 20 minutes.
Cute idea... but not realistic.

so there might be some issues with this idea, however if you get it there with it, I will provide you with as much power as is needed. It sounds like an awesome time! I would say that it could work fine during the middle of the day for a little while and then deflate it and roll it up to keep it saf(ish)

I really like the idea of the bouncy castle! I would really enjoy it, but only if someone else was responsible for it. I would think that there are a lot of liability issues (can I get some assistance from the lawyers club?) so I can see why the Gorge doesn't approve of it. (The OP sounded like he has e-mailed them?) I can also see why you would definitely want to be careful if you ever decided to do it. You could be held liable for two people bashing their heads together. What if the thing got overcrowded and punctured (by a deliberate stabbing or otherwise,) caused a panic, and people got trampled/trapped? Definitely the sort of thing you would want to keep an eye on. Don't let that stop you, though. If you build it, I will come. (Parenthetical aside?)

If my sense of liability is accurate, this goes for the accomplice, Mr. Bus Guy, too.

Because the bus and generator are held by my LLC (limited liability company) I say put your bouncy castle under your own LLC and GO FOR IT! Keep your LLC's value low and grab a commercial general liability policy and let the insurance people worry about any litigiousness and put that in the not my f***ing problem part of the trip.

Assumption of risk, dawg. Make all would-be jumpers sign a release.

Good call. It's nice having our own team of lawyers on retainer!
